How long does shipping take?

We usually ship within 3 to 7 business days after your order is confirmed. We do not ship on weekends, national holidays or store holidays. Delivery time after dispatch depends on your country and the carrier. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide. Available methods and rates are shown at checkout once you enter your address.

Will I be charged customs duties or import tax?

Any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by your country are the responsibility of the customer. These are not included in the price or the shipping fee.

Can I return an item?

Because every item is one of a kind used clothing, we do not accept returns for change of mind. Please see our Refund Policy.

Will you restock an item?

No. Every piece is a single item. Once it sells, it is gone.

How do I know if it will fit?

Use the flat measurements on the product page rather than the size on the tag. See our Size Guide.

What condition are the items in?

Each item is graded S / A / B / C. See our Condition Guide.

Are your photos AI-generated?

The photos of the garment are real. Some listings also include one AI-generated styling image at the end, to show how a piece of that type looks when worn. It is clearly labelled. The real photographs and the listed measurements are always the description of the goods. See AI Imagery.
