Return & Refund Policy

We mainly sell vintage and used clothing.
Due to the nature of vintage and used items, each item may have signs of wear, fading, small stains, loose threads, pilling, or vintage odor.

Please check all photos, measurements, and condition details carefully before purchasing.

Returns and exchanges for customer convenience are not accepted.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for the following reasons:

・The item does not fit
・The item is different from what you expected
・Color differences caused by screen settings or lighting
・Minor signs of wear, fading, stains, loose threads, pilling, or vintage odor
・Items that have been used, washed, repaired, altered, or modified after delivery
・Sale items, discounted items, or final sale items

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

・You received the wrong item
・The item has a major defect that was not described
・There is a significant error in the product description

 Condition Ranking
As we handle used and vintage items, we grade each item's condition as a guide:
S — Unused / new / deadstock
A — Minimal damage or signs of wear
B — Some signs of wear, but few flaws or stains
C — Noticeable wear, with some damage or stains
D — Noticeable wear, with significant damage

Ranks are based on our own assessment and are a guide only. Minor fading, small flaws, or light stains within the normal range of used clothing may be omitted from the description.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees may apply.
These fees are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

If a return is approved, we will process the refund after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees, customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are non-refundable.

Please contact us before returning any item.
Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

When contacting us, please include your order number, item name, and photos showing the issue.
