Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to all customers who use our store.
By placing an order through our store, you agree to these terms.

■ Products

Our store mainly sells vintage and used clothing.

Due to the nature of vintage and used items, products may have signs of wear, fading, small stains, loose threads, pilling, repair marks, or vintage odor.

We do our best to describe the condition of each item through photos and product descriptions. However, minor scratches, stains, or signs of wear that do not affect normal use may not be listed individually.

Please check all photos, measurements, size details, and condition descriptions carefully before purchasing.

■ Product Images and Colors

We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible.

However, actual colors may differ depending on lighting, shooting conditions, screen settings, or the device used by the customer.

Returns or exchanges due to color differences are not accepted.

■ Sizes and Measurements

Measurements are taken flat by our store.

Please note that slight measurement differences may occur.

Returns or exchanges due to size issues, fit issues, or differences from customer expectations are not accepted.

■ Orders

After an order is placed, cancellations, changes to order details, or changes to the shipping address are not accepted in principle.

Please check the product details, quantity, size, and shipping address carefully before placing your order.

We reserve the right to cancel orders that we determine to be fraudulent, inappropriate, or intended for unauthorized resale.

■ Prices

Product prices may change without prior notice.

If the price changes after an order is placed, we will not provide refunds or request additional payment for the difference.

■ Payment

Customers may use the payment methods available at checkout.

Any payment fees, currency conversion fees, or exchange rate differences are the responsibility of the customer.

■ International Shipping

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, or other charges may apply depending on the destination country or region.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees are not controlled by our store and are non-refundable.

If a customer refuses to pay customs duties or import taxes, the package may be returned, delayed, or disposed of by customs or the carrier.
In such cases, our store is not responsible for any shipping fees, handling fees, or losses incurred.

■ Shipping

After an order has been shipped, delivery may be delayed due to carrier issues, customs procedures, weather, disasters, strikes, traffic conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Cancellations, refunds, or compensation due to shipping delays are not accepted in principle.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, absence, refusal to receive, or expiration of the storage period, any additional shipping fees or handling fees will be the responsibility of the customer.

■ Returns and Exchanges

Because our products are vintage and used items, returns and exchanges for customer convenience are not accepted in principle.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted for the following reasons:

・The item does not fit
・The item is different from what the customer expected
・Color differences caused by screen settings or lighting
・Minor signs of wear, fading, stains, loose threads, pilling, or vintage odor
・Items that have been used, washed, repaired, altered, or modified after delivery
・Sale items, discounted items, or final sale items
・Items reported after the specified return period

Returns may be accepted only if the wrong item was delivered or if the item has a major defect that was not described.

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

■ Final Sale Items

Final sale items, sale items, discounted items, and items designated as vintage or used items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Please check the product condition, size, and images carefully before purchasing.

■ Prohibited Activities

Customers must not engage in the following activities:

・Providing false information
・Using unauthorized or fraudulent payment methods
・Placing orders under another person’s identity
・Interfering with the operation of our store
・Purchasing large quantities for unauthorized resale
・Any other activity that our store determines to be inappropriate

■ Intellectual Property

All images, text, designs, logos, and other content displayed on our store belong to our store or the rightful owners.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use is prohibited.

■ Disclaimer

We make every effort to manage product quality, provide accurate information, and arrange shipping properly.

However, due to the nature of vintage and used items, we cannot describe every detail of each product completely.

Our store is not responsible for damages caused by use of the store, shipping delays, customs issues, customs duties, import taxes, or incorrect information entered by the customer.

■ Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service when necessary.

The updated terms will become effective when posted on our store.
